St. Andrew School (Calgary, AB)

In 2017 this school community was told their old playground would need to be removed - so the students were left without a playground!

But this little school has big heart! The parents jumped into action and worked incredibly hard applying for grants and recruiting local businesses to help out. In just one year, they raised the funds they needed for a new school playground!

It’s powerful what a community can do, working together to play together. Here’s to many fun years ahead on the new playground!
