Project Details

Nestled in a mature neighborhood beneath century-old trees and surrounded by natural beauty, the Rundle Heights Adventure Playground in Edmonton, AB, offers a nature-inspired play space for children aged 5-12. This thoughtfully designed playground serves both a Catholic and public school, as well as the broader community, making it a key destination for outdoor play. The playground features GameTime equipment and is packed with play opportunities for children of all abilities, following best design practices to ensure accessibility.

Highlights include a challenging spider net climber, multiple climbing structures, and various circuits that cater to different skill levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The playground’s design encourages kids to explore, test their physical abilities, and engage in adventurous play. With so much to offer, a quick stop simply won’t be enough to experience everything this space has to offer. This playground is a destination in itself, where children can immerse themselves in nature while enjoying hours of fun and physical activity.
