Michelle Poffenroth - President
Michelle founded Park N Play Design Co. Ltd. in 2002.
As a forward thinking entrepreneur who loved being outdoors, it made perfect sense to Michelle to build a career doing what she loved - designing and building exceptional play spaces.
After raising two children, Michelle understood the influence a well-designed play space had in the development of healthy, confident, and well-rounded children. She turned that understanding into a corporate philosophy at Park N Play Design Co. Ltd.
Throughout the years Michelle has inspired her team to practice "Thoughtful Design" in creating innovative barrier-free playgrounds and splash parks that benefit the social, emotion, developmental, and physical well-being of all users.
Since 2002, Michelle's love of parks and outdoor play spaces has flourished as she continues to educate herself and her team on industry best practices and innovative products and designs.
Michelle is the proud mother of two adult children and two "crazy" dogs. She enjoys time with her husband in Calgary and Arizona.

Tim Aylesworth - Southern Alberta and Southern Saskatchewan Territory Manager
Tim Aylesworth was born and raised in the Calgary Area, a proud member of the Bowness High School class of 1988. It was a busy year in Calgary, with the Winter Olympics taking over the entire city and Tim was as caught in it as anyone.
Tim then moved on to Mount Royal University to pursue his dream of entering the world of television. He really enjoyed his time at the University and made many great friends, but upon completion of the program Tim fell into the career that would carry him throughout the rest of his professional life - sales.
Tim’s first sales position was selling boats in the middle of the land locked prairies. It was here that his understanding of the importance client empathy began.
Tim has owned and operated several businesses over the past 2 decades, with his entrepreneurial spirit coming from his father. One such venture took him to Edmonton, where he lived for a few years.
While in Edmonton, the single biggest event of his life came to be as Tim met the love of his life, Jodi. Jodi and Tim share their wonderful life with their 2 beautiful children, Noah and Rowan, with Rowan serving as the primary “Playground Tester” for all of Tim’s projects.
Community is something very important to both Jodi and Tim. Jodi sits on the board for the Westgate Community Association, and Tim is a longstanding member of the Board of Directors for the Nickle Family Foundation. Together, they enjoy working to make their community stronger and more diverse every day.
